Sorry if mentioned and solved before but did a search and couldn't find a discussion like this.

On Tier 23. Doing new missions I'm only receiving in most missions between 300-600 points.
And spotting enemies, Stealth Kills and vehicle kills I'm receiving none. Making it very VERY difficult to level up Tiers now.

If there's a fix or suggestion for help I'd really appreciate it.
