It shows most of your DLC Guns? For me it's only 2, from the very Beginning.
Besides that no DLC Weapons, no Tier1 Weapons, no FG Weapons, nothing.

its showing all the DLC guns i have(mind you, gold edition, so i own all the game delivered DLCs), but the Tier 1 trophy guns do not display

Aye, I also own all that Stuff, and additionally bought several Packs, but except for the G36c and TAR21 Predator none of them is shown in the GRN.
No TAC50, no Special Forces Pack Weapons, no Splinter Cell Weapons, and as you said, no Tier1 Weapons.
