    [FEEDBACK] Ubisoft Team

    Thank you Ubisoft Developers for all your hard work and thank you PR team for staying engaged with the community and doing your best. I know there’s a lot of tension from time to time between the community and the ones keeping this game going. I understand the developers want the game to be successful like the rest of us OG Ghost Recon fans.
    Keep up the good work guys.

    The amount of compassion for the game and love for their community that the Devs have has to be seen to be believed. Practically every poster on this forum would be gob smacked if they realised how much their feedback meant.

    Totally agreed! Thank you for all the hard work and long hours! I'm a software developer myself, so I can appreciate the effort involved. I'm way too soft to be a game dev, so nothing but respect and appreciation from me!

    Perhaps you should tell this to the UBI wigs and shareholders as well? Perhpa then they would realize they need to make less money and have some of that money go towards more time for less bugs and glitches, more time to come up with better decisions, less spongy gameplay, etc, etc. You know... all the awesome posts talking about it.

    This would convinced more people that the devs are not the culprit? Just a thought.

    Thanks for the kind words franklin!

    It definitely helps to have a community that's as passionate at this one (going all the way back to 2001). There can be tension occasionally, as you said, but we do try our best to keep information flowing both ways.

    @GMT, we did.

    We discussed Ghost Recon and what we wanted directly with Yves Guillemot, who trashed his morning diary and turned our 30 minute meeting into an hour and a half. The managing director of the Paris studio, Xavier Poix, was at a most of our different workshops over the months and the game producer at all of them. They all think the same as the Devs as Ubisoft simply isn't the corporate monolith you think it is. It is a family run business with a family feel to it. It is still a business of course, but there are no more bugs and glitches in Wildlands than any other AAA game, and I for one prefer them to take risks and push games forward.

    This is an appreciation thread as well, GMT, and coming off the back of the clearest demonstration you have had to date that they do listen and do care, maybe leave the Hatorade out of this one. The changes did "make less money", they were free. Free AI customisation, free FG weapons, free NVG animation, free mission.
