    I have the same error and problem. I cannot connect on my Apple TV 4K even though all other apps on the Apple TV have a working connection.
    I called Apple Technical support who spent 20 minutes checking possibilities and ended by stating it is a definitely app error.

    Im also having a problem connecting. I paid the yearly subscription and have not been able to use it.

    If continuing to experience issues with the Just Dance Now application, can you please provide me with the following information:

    - Device in use

    - OS version

    - Application version number

    - Any error codes you're seeing

    I'll then be able to investigate further as to any reported issues, and possible causes. Thank you.

    Hi,

    Just Dance Now can't connect and the application hangs in the "connecting" phase. We are using Apple TV 4k 32GB, with latest TV OS installed (14.4.(18K802). Version of Just Dance Now is 4.4.0. I have tried tied reinstalling the app, but no success. I have also restored Apple TV to the original state, downloaded Just Dance Now app, but still the same symptoms - > error message "Unable yo connect" + "Retry"

    We are using annual VIP subscription.

    Any hints on how to solve this problem would be great.

    Hello blazza13, thank you for posting and thank you for those details.

    I believe an issue similar to this is currently under investigation that is related to the update version 14.

    Could you please try deleting the cache of your Apple TV device if there is an option to do so, if not, could you please reinstall the Just Dance Now app after first uninstalling it.

    Here's how to locate this option -

    -Open Settings Settings on Apple TV.
    -Go to General > Manage Storage.
    -Find the JD Now app and delete
    -Reinstall from the Apple App store

    Once you have tested this, please let us know if you are able to launch the app and access your VIP pass. If this still does not work after reinstallation we will need you to make a support ticket with us, so that we can escalate this to our team and make note of your VIP subscription.
