Just contacted the support team and been 3 days no reply from them. My app is crashing on launch all the time. I just took the vip for less than a week

I purchased VIP yesterday and the app still worked. But today the app kept loading and loading, cannot connect to my PC. How shall I do if I demand for a refund? Is there any complaint hotline or pages here?

Hi there - we’re getting a repeated ‘unable to connect’ error on JDN.

Apple TV (Gen 4) - verion: last updated 19 March 2018

I’m experiencing the same problem on the just dance controller app for PS4 both my console and phone are connected to the WiFi it’s just the uplay log in I have a problem with it keeps saying “network error occurred please try again later” but this person I was on the phone to at Ubisoft support UK said I wasn’t the only one experiencing this issue please help Ubisoft
