I don't know I was unlocking stuff and I saw "undefined" or something like that and it said it was unlocked so bam! 3E Elite. Doesn't look outstanding but it's kinda cool that people don't have it

I know somebody said all this stuff is already on the game but not unlocked.

Yeah everything is already there so eventually well be able to get all the guns, gadgets and uniforms.
