    Duel rewards

    Hello

    I`ve an issue with past two days combats. Somehow happend that I recieved a rewards or ststistic change only if did kose in duel. When I won, after it every time appered a message, saying that i will recive my rewards after, when servers will work properly. So it didn`t happen.

    I`d like to know if there an opportunity it will be solved. Or may be I should find an activity that do not recognise me only if I fail in it.

    Can you please try the troubleshooting steps for the platform you are playing on?

    Xbox One Connection Troubleshooting.

    PS4 Connection Troubleshooting .

    PC Connection Troubleshooting.

    If this does not resolve your issue, can you please create a case on the support website with images of the ports forwarded so we can look into this for you?
