Im not denying the ability. The point is the non lethal option isn't actually non lethal. Though as mentioned above, it shouldn't be a concern.Originally Posted by J-109373 Go to original post

As long as they dont give is too many missions in which we have to sneak up to sam fisher without killing anyone 🙂
Ooo thats an ideaOriginally Posted by J-109373 Go to original post
The point of the Sam Fisher mission is to avoid takedowns, neither lethal or non-lethal should be allow and that's the point. When you play a Splinter Cell you shouldn’t take enemies down unless the game tells you to do so.
Now to a non- lethal feature overall, the game doesn't need non-lethal takedowns and the reason why the UI says "knockdown" is because there are actual non-lethal takedowns, the character sometimes kills and sometimes he doesn't but most of the time you are killing, the takedown feature is just random. When does non-lethal trigger in?
1. If you takedown an enemy that’s on the other side of a cover
2. If the enemy is sleeping.
3. When you grab them
Like I said it is random, non-lethal takedowns shouldn’t exist on Ghost Recon, we are here to kill whatever is in our way and to let live VIP’s so we can interrogate them.
The only options we should have in the game are:
Lethal takedowns by hand and lethal takedowns with a knife, that’s it.
