The famous throwing shovel and all other melee weapons suffer from magnetism/lock-on aim assist which cannot be disabled, especially noticeable when aiming with the weapons as it requires plenty of effort to actually take the aimpoint off an enemy.

A setting to globally disable aim assistance should be added to the game to prevent the game from getting in the way with unnecessary handholding.

Sensitivity also appears to increase greatly whenever a "Mission passed", "Outpost liberated" or alike sequence comes into play, it usually only persists for the duration of the splash but it can be enough to temporarily throw players off.

On a sidenote, it would be greatly appreciated if more graphics settings were introduced, like:

  • An option to turn off volumetric effects.
  • An option to completely disable Depth of Field effects.
  • Mesh and vegetation quality being split into separate settings.

The list could go on, these are what I'd consider to be most noticeable though I've barely started the adventure.

More nitpicks are to arrive on a later date.

Addendum, April the 18th:

Sensitivity increases along with zoom level making high powered optics almost completely unusable, compensating by decreasing aimed sensitivity globally has adverse effect on low power optics.

Suggestions:

Implement system akin to Uniform Soldier Aiming, regardless of scope zoom the perceived sensitivity (2D translation on the screen) is the same.

Allow players to specify per-zoom level sensitivity, requires all optics of the same zoom to have the exact same parameters (both FOV and sensitivity scalar).

Ubisoft pls fix.
