Are they showing color codes, milliseconds, or etc..?

We don't know yet, but hopefully its milliseconds and on the scoreboard just like they have for the currently.

The most intresting question is do devs add system of kick from queue if you got high ping.
Cause, you know, loose to someone and than see 300+ numbers in scoreboard near emeny nicknames will be very strange.

This should be in the scoreboard, but I'll need to double check on the exact way it's displayed. I'll see if I can get that info prior to the patch tomorrow. If so, I'll update this post here.
