@ King... this is what happens when you create a monster even bigger than Frankenstein, there is no way to end it. Customization, Gear, weapons, Icons, Skins. Unless you are willing to stick to that game day in and day out, and UBI will never do that, you are always going to come short and things will end up being half assed in order to get them out to the masses. The whole thing suffers but both parties are happy. Well, except the minority that wanted a more mature (ie: less arcade-ish) game
