[SUGGESTION] Can we alter the rail color of the FAST helmet darker?

I love the FAST helmet in this game, however some colors of this helmet have very bright rail color compared to its base color. Here's a picture to show this issue:

In this picture, both I and my teammate are using Advanced Ballestic Helmet ( the Fast helmet with NVG), my helmet's color is MultiCam (Color No.12) and my teammate's color is Coyote Brown (Color No.9). It's obvious that my rail color is too bright and doesn't fit the base color. The same issue also happens when using Kryptec Highlander and several other colors. Their rail color just looks like bright "white" not dark "brown" while the base color is actually brown-like, and it's like putting a giant shinning mirror on the helmet so that the enemy can locate us faster......

I 'm not asking for helmet color customization. I just hope Dev team can make the rail color looks fix to the base color because that's what the helmet looks in the real world. I don't think it's need to do a lot of works so please make that happen. Thank you.

Yeah, it's been a pet peeve of mine for a hot minute. Coyote tan is sand tan, while sand tan is bleach tan. Primary with secondary color options would be preferable, but this instance could use coyote tan rails for all arid colors as a decent fix.

And also, for all snow camoflages (Kryptek Yeti, Atacs ATX and Multicam Alpine), their rail color is pure white which is also to bright, I think gray is much better for their rail color.

Something along these lines that really bugs me is the chest plate of the 5.11 plate carrier being coyote brown when used with M81 Woodland and a couple other woodland camos (I'd have to check the game for a complete list) and it's like painting a big bullseye on Nomad's torso. It would be nice if Ubi could change it to be olive drab or another shade of green.

Its not jut the rails. every solid colour option for the helmets, is significantly lighter that they are for other clothing options, except shirts, where some of the colours are significantly darker. I just wish that if you choose the same color for each and every item, your clothes should look monochromatic, not a hodge podge of different shades.

Makes about as much sense as having silver and lime green colors on the crye-combat pants and hence why I never use certain things because it is so blatantly wrong that you wonder how it ended up as such in the game. While they at least finally corrected the mismatched and overly bright coloring for the camouflage patterns on the clothing there is still a glaring lack of attention to detail when it comes to something so simple as the color an item is supposed to be.

I agree. But I don't hope they can change that much, so I just asked a little step.......

It does seem like a fairly easy change to be made on both the helmets and crye combat pants as well as other color changes seeing as the more correct coloring already exists on the same items, just for different camouflage options. The coyote brown colored rails should be the standard coloring for most of the helmets that have the overly bright tan rails, the a-tacs au patterned crye combat pants have the coyote brown colors which should replace the silver coloring and so on. In the end its just lazy negligence with total indifference towards authenticity as far as I'm concerned.

for some reason the sun reflects off of the helmet and this makes bright camo's like the desert camo's unbelievably bright

they either need to make the camo's on helmets darker or remove the sun's effect on helmets
