I acidentally made Bowman to kill The Dreamer (main boss). Is there a way I can get the good ending without starting the game from beginning?

100% on the non DLC missions + 2x finishing the final mission. You don't need to re-play the whole game, just the final mission once you've done all other missions.

I actually like the "bad" ending much better. Bowman was a pretty cool character. Her just killing the guy in rather cold blood was kinda unexpected and the cherry on top of the icing of the cake. The only lame part about the "bad" ending was that she ended up in jail. It would have been cooler if Nomad and Bowman would have kept it a secret between themselves. It was overly correct of her (and possibly Nomad) to confess and turn herself in.

oh, not a problem for me. I always collect all files, skill points, weapons and only then go to the next area .

IIRC, you do get the option to run the other one once you finish the one you are on. It was a while ago I saw it happening so I could be wrong. I also don't recall having to have all the kingslayer files to do so but again, it was a long time ago.

What happens? You don't get see Bowman do the world a favor. That is all, it has no impact on the game one way or another. You can create another character in a new save slot, beat each mission and boss before going for El Sueno to notice no difference in the game.
