    I've responded to you on your post over here, if you'd like to check it out!

    For others encountering the "failed to synchronize cloud saves" error, I recommend that you check out this support article. In particular,

    Once you have removed the original save folder (after backing it up!), launch the game and play until the game makes an autosave or you manually save. This is approximately 5-10 minutes of gameplay. Quit the game, re-enable cloud saves and launch game again. Select local save when prompted, and your Saves should be resynced.

    Let us know if the issue still persists!

    I checked that directory and the games are all dated 6/10 which is worng. 5/10 I logged off whilst trying to beta the boss Nefertiti... overnight my phone ran dead which maent my internet conncetion failed.

    I tried to play the game offline 6/10 and for some reason it saved 6 times so overwrote any 5/10 file available. I was unable to play offline as all that was there was new games so I tried to start one then decided not to. as I presumed by wiating it would sync with the right game.

    When I tried to play it the only game available was a level 45 game I had started very early on when offfered the option to jump levels. The game I spent more than 120 hrs playing has disappeared

    Hey there,

    Have you checked this guide as you may be able to restore your previous saves.

    There have also been some workarounds already posted to this thread that may be worth trying too!

    Toxic Pain's post fixed it for me. I did not lose my progress I made today. All is good after this failed to sync.
