Well known rogue fails to catch me at extraction, brings 3 mates, DZ heroes++++

You enter the DZ, you will die, there are so many combinations, there are no boundaries so what happened, it is perfectly allowable under the set up of this DZ.
A well known and very good high end rogue could not stop Nomad from helping me put on the extraction under his nose and with him firing at me and it was successfully extracted, then Nomad helped me run away into the sunset.
You can not stop the rogues who are this good, he knows his stuff and I would not prevail in a head to head, I am a PVE farmer chasing Div Tech.
Later at an extraction I am waiting nearby an agent rolls up, gives a wave, then moves on, well that was what he wanted me to think, he camps just up the road until his 3 friends arrive, one of them the high end rogue from earlier, needless to say I bug out but all 4 go rogue and open fire, I survived and made it a lot further than I thought I would, but you can not outrun a team who share booster shots and are as strong as this 4 are.
What an achievement that it takes 4 players to gang up on one PVE farmer, because his pride was wounded that on his own he could not stop me so he brought help.
The epitomy of what is the cause of so many agents stopping entering the DZ because of this pack mentality. However as stated perfectly allowed under the rules of this DZ, but if this is what Ubisoft call PVP what a sad state of affairs they have created.
Change the next DZ so packs verse agents their own number strong, other wise practically very few current agents who venture into the DZ will pay for The Division 2 and it will fall down the charts faster than Division 1 did.
This group have dominated DZ 1 tonight as they are good and high end, but DZ 1 is no real achievement, there were few players in here tonight, up until being taken out by this group it was a very successful famring run, but to challenge them there would need to be many more in here than there was.
The DZ, no surprise, I know I will die as a solo, lost nothing really, 3 caches, whoopee, it will happen again, it is allowed, hoping it will eventually change when they revamp things with the Division 2.

LOL. You probably were in someone’s stream and they can’t have those escapes go unchallenged. But, good for you on your escape. If, they’re anything like the crew I watched a few nights ago. They cleared the server till it was just them. This crew actually got so bored, they manhunted themselves. One went rouge and killed the others, they joined him off they went. Right before they cleared, one left the team. Manhunt cleared, they rejoined him, off they went again. Perpetual manhunt...LOL.

Oh I have no doubt this was a set up, not happy some uppity Nomad wearing PVE farmer can put on with 4 seconds to go, right under his nose and with him firing and the farmer can not be stopped from successfully extracting, but then he can scamper off into the sunset and he could not catch me (on this occasion, may well on others).
My Nomad is a fully optimized Classified Set at 291 level and it is a God send for the DZ for a PVE Div Tech farmer, it has damage capacity such that rogues can not stop you hooking on if you leave it to the last few seconds so when it is set, out it goes. If you leave time they get the chance to cut the rope and the chopper will not leave, it waits for them to hijack the extraction.
To combat this I drop a flame turret and if they drop a support, do not shoot the rogue, I put 189 rounds from The House into one rogue cutting the rope for zero effect, SHOOT the SUPPORT STATION first, with out this and on fire they could not complete cutting the rope on 2 occasions. Saved the extraction both times.
This was the 4th rogue encounter tonight I survived but the next one, the 5th was the 1st rogue death tonight. But it took 4 brave DZ heroes to catch up with Nomad. Lost nothing, 3 caches, big deal.
I will continue running solo in the DZ just have to try to stay away from them, if they are around may reboot my PS4 and see if I change server.
TWJonesII, This probably was the same crew, they have been on consistently and yes they dominate the server, not enough agents to challenge or kill them, the DZ at its finest.

Congrats. The DZ is what it is and it is allure for a certain type of player. Downside is that as long as PvE players go in there they will keep playing. When the challenge of chasing players that don't fight back aren't there, then they will move on to the next game.

No surprise at what happened, hope they change it for Division 2.

Hey YodaMan 3D, I love running in the DZ, I know as a solo player my agent will be killed but a death means literally nothing, does not bother me, piled out from the DZ checkpoint 3 times and opened fire and was promptly killed, but not concerned, was prepared to keep doing this but they moved on. So maybe a form of point made.
What happened is perfectly allowed by Ubisoft, the PVP guys have committed no crime.
But isn't it a bit sad that 4 rogues team up to take out a PVE farmer to make a point that he dared to put on the extraction and then run away and survive.
I am chasing Div Tech to finish optimising my CS sets, so not helping the overall cause by going in but it is a hoot, especially love it now I can hook on right under their noses, but I am predicting they will Nerf Nomad some time soon as the rogues are making noises about Nomad and we all know Ubisoft love their rogues.
Wouldn't it be so good if Ubisoft refuse to Nerf Nomad, sorry went delusional there for a moment, Ubisoft do not even know there are PVE agents playing the game.
Bring on Division 2 and a PVE DZ with choice for how you want to play the game, no longer forced into the DZ by Ubisoft. Would you buy that game???

I understand the fun of the DZ, but I play it for both PvP and PvE, generally end up doing one or the other but don't necessarily hate the other. To me though it is tough to find players who want to PvP in there, what I usually see is if you win they disappear, if they win they keep coming back till you win or quit, sometimes they will do the best out of 3. Most of the time they will use the latest meta and that is that. Usually if you when you are using cheese or cheating cause they can't be beat by a legit player, lol. Far too many don't want combat they want kills and easy targets.

As far as buying anything with Ubisoft name on it. it isn't looking good. I have been a fan for years and feel burnt on this one. They have to make money and most games are moving to micro transactions and games that allow players to grief one another, whether it is PvE or PvP. I try to play for fun and that doesn't include ruining someone else's day.

YodaMan 3D, your post on the Veteran was very moving, nice when our actions have consequences you can not see but mean so much to a real hero who had to dodge bullets from an actual enemy. They paid a high price so others following in their footsteps could be richer while they ended up the poorer.
This game has been important for me as it is tough going currently and the Division has been a great help in parking the worries aside and chilling out blowing up some NPC's.
I have played it way into the night, until sunrise or got up in the small hours as sleep will not return.
For me it is more than a game but to each whatever they want from the game, good luck.
Sadly I suck at PVP but get around well in PVE, so I am happy where I am, but I do wish I could be better at PVP but maybe in a different system than the one in this version of the Division.
Though I did try for ages in Destiny but sucked at that too.
Probably will wait and see just what is the offering from Ubisoft before diving into the murky trouble plagued waters of an early Division release.

There are some players in here that excel at PvP and I am sure that some would be willing to help you out to get better.

1 - Land headshots. Always headshots. Headshots are King, unless you’re up against a shield when toe-shots are King! Extra points for a Big-Toe!

2 - Learn to Chicken Dance. Don’t even attempt a PvP engagement without a proper understanding of the funky chicken and golden goosestep shoes. Mere mashing of the A/D key and spastic/erratic wrist-mouse movement does not qualify. That is NOT how the Division chicken tangos and two-steps. It’s an elaborate art. Learn it well!

Master the Division strafe aka Funky Chicken Goosestep, coupled with headshots, and you’ll be ready to delve into the more advanced and subtle nuances of the PvP fight, ie the opener, the blowing up of skills, the talents, proper use and timimg of medikits, etc etc. The list goes on and on, culminating in the coup de grâce.......

All this is however largely irrelevant if you have not mastered the basics so the moment you can pass for a chicken and hit those nutcrackers consistently let us know. Until then you’re just cannon-fodder.

I was running a fully optimized 6 piece Nomad set with Recovery Link yesterday farming Div Tech for my 6 piece Striker set. Got jumped by two guys while extracting. They couldn't take me down. After a series of rolls in and out of cover until my rope went up into the chopper, I made a bee line for the nearest checkpoint to pick up my stuff. They ended up inviting me to their group and we ran around causing havoc in the DZ for a couple of hours.

Really liking the Nomad 6 piece/Recovery link build. I especially like those cocky tools why go rogue in front of me while i'm loading the chopper rope... then turn my attention to them while they start to panic because I'm not dying.
