Not sure if this has been discussed, but I'm wondering how this really works.
If I have a revenge mode attacks stat of -13, does this mean that when I activate revenge I have a negative 13 attack (as in attack during revenge is base zero), or does the -13 get subtracted from my regular attack stat?
So if my my 3 attack stats combined were +12, when I use revenge it goes down to -1? Or is revenge separate from the other attack stats, so I'd have -13 during revenge?
I thought that I read somewhere the regular attack stats and revenge attack stat did not stack. So that must mean normally I have a +12 attack bonus, but when I activate my revenge, I have -13.
I'm guessing that revenge attack with no gear is 0 bonus because I've never read anywhere that revenge automatically gives an attack bonus without gear.
Revenge gives a base 30% extra attack. It does not stack with your normal attack, and only uses revenge attack as a variant.
If you have 12% attack gear and do a 50 damage attack, you will do 50×1.12 which is 56 damage.
If you have 12% attack gear, -13% revenge attack gear and do a 50 damage attack in revenge, you will do 50×1.3×0.87 which is 56.55 damage.
this. Note that the 12% attack gear boost don't get included into the equasion for the revenge attack damage.Originally Posted by KZU.XinLiFenNu Go to original post
This has already been answered but i think i can simplify it.
Attack stat only effects damage WITHOUT revenge.
Revenge mode adds an attack bonus, which DOES NOT STACK with your regular attack stats.
The revenge attack stat effects ONLY THE BONUS that you receive from being in revenge.
So, a negative revenge attack stat is a percentage REMOVED FROM THE BONUS GIVEN BY REVENGE.
You will never do less damage being in revenge mode.
