My arcade level has been rest 7 times and I feel like it's going to keep happening without the developers of this game doing anything about it. I m not the only player who this has happened to, and I have seen no feed back from the Far Cry 5 team on this issue. This is incredibly frustrating!
I have the same issue. I've created a ticket for this some time ago and it seemed fixed. I found out it's a problem with the campaign. Even when you don't start a new game but switch between campaign and arcade it happens. It might be something related to achievements or challenges.
I was level 76 and this Sunday I played some campaign again got some achievements and challenges and bam back to level 1. Luckily I made screenshots of my latest level 76. So I reopened my ticket and got following reply:
So let's hope they fix this asap, and that they can give people their levels back.I'm sorry to hear that your issue keeps occuring as it keeps resetting your Arcade Rank.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties, and I understand how frustrating the loss of progress is. The development team is aware of this issue and it will be resolved in an upcoming title update. Unfortunately, there is no way to regain your lost arcade level at this time.
Please note that your arcade progress will reset if you start a new game- this is an intended feature.

I have completed the game twice and was aware of the resetting Arcade Level as it clearly states it in the game.
I have also however experienced this almost every day, going back to Arcade Level 1.
I don;t mind because the Arcade Level really means absolutely nothing to me, but just wanted to point out that this should have been looked at BEFORE RELEASING THE GAME.
Its very frustrating to see so many players with complaints when all of these problems could have been rectified if there had been a pre-release beta or information about the Arcade Mode pre-release. The preventative is always better than the cure.
I look forward to some kind of timescale from you regarding the game update to fix the current problems and errors made by Ubisoft and please take note that I am very unsatisfied with your response.
