So when they said they were gonna let us choose which effect to put on an action. What they failed to mention is that you have buy the effect per action. You can't just buy the effect once and have it for all. This is a shame.

Well sure. It was this way before the change and they never said it would be different.

To be fair they always had different emotes for free roam and combat. So splitting the effects made sense to me.

But making it sneaky and unnanounced, it just seems like pure greed.

This doesn't apply to Mythic or Mask outfit effects, which unlock for every single slot. They look the best anyway, so just go for that instead of spending 4x7000 steel.
