I suspect I know the answer already but is there any way to get a piece of gear that was accidentally dismantled back? If so who would I need to speak to in order to get this back?

The gear in question was an event only piece so I just want it back for the visuals, it can have 0 stats across the board so I can only use it for that purpose.
