Bought $ pack for $69.99, now third day, no credit, no support response
Seriously, what do you have to do to get some support around here?
I've sent MULTIPLE msgs to support, sat and waited for chat to become available, etc etc etc.
There don't seem to be any delays in collecting the money! No malfunction for me in getting paid, only on receiving the purchased items. How is that? I mean you never heard about how the payment side screwed up and gave a bunch of players free stuff without collecting the money.... but complaints about money collected with no product abound.
Then, it's off to the black hole of "email support", "not my department", "sorry there's nothing I can do" - all evidently code for "got the cash, I don't greatly care, the game has shipped millions of copies so the producer is off my *** and I can play a few rounds before I get to telling more forum users I cant help them, or I'll get back to them". "Hmmm isn't there some way we could auto respond to forums but make it look like we aren't? I'll have to get devs to look into it instead fixing that broken Craig in the game"
It's unbelievably frustrating that days go by when having spent not $5 or $10 but over $70(with tax) on a freemium game, and it's dead silence when you need some support.
This is where games go to die, even if they are riding the coat tails and dining out on a successful tv franchise brand. Gamers two years from now are all "...Yeah, good game, but that support WAS CRAP so I quit." "Yeah, me too...but it's ok I'm into the latest thing now, you neeed to check it out - zombies vs your mom"
It's not just bad support for me, it's the obviously thousands of others who are in same/similar predicament after spending more than the value of the game on it.
Don't just tell me you can't do anything, pick up the phone or write an email, or use in-house PM to get support to do something!!!!

Into the fourth day and still nothing, zilch, zero communication
It's getting past outrageous to ridiculous. If Ubisoft/Redlynx didn't already have my money, it would be funny.
God, but you people are unreal. I've had better service at a closed McDonald's than this...
At least have a sign telling you when they open again...
