Retouching this topic too. Telescoping stocks should have extended/retracted options. For the M4, it should have an extended option as well as short barrel options.

Also, the reload animation should be improved to a realistic method.

Absolutely agree, especially as it is my favorite Rifle.

M4 and Mp5 are one of my favorite weapons to carry in any shooter game, or any shooter that affords me the option but it also seems the devs decide those 2 weapons should be the weak sibling or red headed step child because they get little love.

The oversized collapsed stock is the main thing that kind of ruins the M4 for me as I can't stand the way Nomad's arm is scrunched up when using it. At least try to make the other AR variants' extended Magpul stock an option.

A 10" barrel option for it is something I was hoping for since before release. It would make the M4 a little more aesthetically pleasing with a suppressor.

Another aesthetic change I would welcome is changing it to use PMAGs instead of aluminum GI magazines.

Oh man, pmags would be uber welcomed with the m4. I'd just get rid of all the stanags if possible

Forgot to include repositioning of optics for the sake of both authenticity (eye relief) and bug fixing (scope tickling our brain).

The front sight post being clearly discernible through magnified optics is another thing that bugs me, but that's not something unique to the M4 and M16. They should be blurred out like this.



But this isn't something I expect to be changed.

Every weapon in general but now that you mention ball round ammo, they should include special ammo. More pertinent in shotguns, but they could make a few options for these weapons.
