helpful hints for the new guys

by all means, try to maintain stealth.. it'll go a long ways towards survival and hammering out missions

please USE YOUR MIC, nothing sucks worse than watching your team get gunned down and nobody is making callouts.... if you get hit... please tell us where you got hit from!

please use your mic!! "~" is your default ptt button, you team wont know what you are up to if you dont communicate!

please be aware, like myself, alot of us stream, if you use racist language, are a condescending jerk or in any way violate UBI's TOS.... you will be on full screen for support to see, dont blame us when you get banned!

    What port would that be?

I mostly just play single player as I never see anyone else being suggested for co-op eventhough my nat shows green :/
Kinda qurious about how it would be to actually play co-op instead of a half useless ai team

the AI team is incredibly useful if you learn to actively use the command wheel, that said, co-op can be a blast as the AI simply isnt programmed for flanking ops etc....

Except when trying to hold a position and just wandering off leaving me to get flanked, when doing an assault they are absolutely trashing everything
That's the thing I actually wanted to expirience, even with a crappy team, but be able to take over an area from multiple sides or even defend it with an overwatch to prevent flanking to get shot in the back lol

Looking at the multiplayer section of the forum and the amount of task forces around, co-op looks pretty dried up anyway :/

if you wanna be negative.. you'll find negativity.. if you launch in multiplayer mode, you can find plenty of folks to play with, theres no need for fask forces unless you intend to stick around and contribute

With you saying that, I just noticed that on the campain launch screen "F" is public matchmaking while I was looking at the player list where from what I saw in vids is where the recommendations are displayed.

Epic fail, thanks for pointing that one out... lol

If your NAT is already open then you're OK. The difference between single player and co-op with a good set of players is almost two different games. The options to take different approaches and have other characters drive and fly etc is one thing, but you can also turn the difficulty up. The game comes into its own in co-op.

Can only agree on this statement. Plus from first post "please USE YOUR MIC", it is essential if playing with randoms.
