Would the game have benefited if warriors from history were implemented

I was just wondering if the Heros from the game had been actual heros from the past, or maybe even mytical heros from the past wpild have made the game better. Such as Genghis Khan or Achilles for example. We all know Ubisoft love incorporating history into their games. Instead of generic heros what if each was pulled loosely from history and mythology, with abit of background for each. Would this have improved the game, for me personally I would have loved it but what do you all think?

Well, considering that this is what the initial advertising seemed to be implying? I'd say yes. When we were first shown For Honor back at that first E3 demonstration, it gave the impression of a very different, much more "realistic" game. I don't know what internal decisions resulted in it becoming what it is today. I can't help but wonder how different it'd be if they'd stuck to their original designs...
