[BUG] AI vest accessories mirroring player's accessories | Forums

Issue description: the AI vest accessories attached to it will match those of he human player instead of using the accessories corresponding to the AI character weapon


Steps to reproduce
1 open the load out menu
2 select a LMG as main weapon, notice the vest accessories will show now a LMG magazine hanging from the players vest
3 open the appearance editor and scroll trough the AI characters
4 close appearance editor and loadout menu and inspect the AI squad mates


Now all the squad mates are showing the LMG magazine hanging from their vest regardless each is holding a different weapons (assault rifle, SMG and sniper rifle)

Noticed that myself, the way you can get the correct vest loadout on your AI teamates for now at least is to simply equip a sniper rifle scroll out to Weaver, then assault rifle scroll to Holt, then SMG Midas.

I made a thread about this the other day. They acknowledged it and said they’d pass it up he chain. Hopefully we’ll see a fix
