    Hey,

so yey after the Delta Errors before I get some new ones. Now the number shown is: C-0-1302.
And of course I did everything which was mentioned in the Ubisoft Troubleshooting. I even changed my DNS to the google Server. I opened like every possible port.
I just don't know what I am doing wrong

HAd the same issue but found out I needed to contact my ISP. They have a firewall in the modem that only they can access. They logged into it after I gave them my Xbox device IP ,which I assigned a static one on my router and after they updated that, they remotely logged onto my computer and added port forwarding detail that Ubi soft tells you to enter in the tutorial. My ISP also also added ports that ubi did not have on their guide. If your ISP has an online support, you should use that because when I called mine, the idiot on the other line had no clue. When I tried to get support with live chat, I was helped by a Indian guy in a support center in India. I told him my issue, I shared my screen with him to update my router and was running great after all that. Unfortunately I got this new Delta code today and it seems to be a new one. Frustrating but it doesn’t happen as much. Hope this makes sense.

But I already did the port forwarding. You can see that in the screenshots.

Sorry I didn't see, I don't like clicking on links in forums. Do you have a Modem and Router as one or are they separate? If they are separate, try connecting the device you use to play the game directly to your modem. If you get the same error code, your ISP is blocking the ports and IP for that device. At the end of UBI Soft's suggestions, they say to call your ISP as the last step if you cant get it to work. The root cause of all of this is Firewall settings. Either theirs or yours. If you play PC, try turning off all your firewall settings

Same error appearing more and more since last update.
Game was running smoothly before the update. No firewall up, neither on my end or from the ISP's one (called and asked after reading above posts).

Would be nice to get this thing solved before next GE.

Have the same issue, it isn't a port forwarding issue or a firewall issue. This is still something on Ubisoft's end of things.

I can't believe we're this far into the game and still getting the same problems with connections. Anyway, I get this error literally within the first 5 minutes of connecting, so it's something they've configured wrong with the game servers (or elsewhere).

Hey guys, if you are experiencing this, please create a ticket with a screenshot of your forwarded ports from this guide. Thanks!

Danielkasta, I'm not seeing a ticket under your account. You can send your ticket number to our support Facebook or Twitter and they'll look into it.

Wemrim, they have responded to your ticket.
