    One x enhancement

Hi, with no mention in the patch notes and no apparent change in the game visuals, I would say they failed to deliver as promised. Disappointed or what !!!!!

You either don’t have a 4K display or haven’t played long enough to notice the difference, first thing I noticed when I hopped on was the text and hud, which are obviously both in 4k. The world and textures are also better, and just everything in general looks a lot clearer.

I can't say for certain, as I only own the vanilla X1, but a friend of mine with an X1X was having similar issues to what you describe, until he discovered that there are certain settings within the system itself (and potentially also for your TV) that need to be enabled in order to permit 4k/HDR display. Maybe that's what's causing your issue?

The patch notes posted here on the forums certainly indicate that the 4k upgrade is included in the 1.8.1 patch.

I find it curious however, that, according to what people have been reporting, that the actual size on disk of the patch on different platforms is more or less the same. That seems odd to me, I'd expect the Xbox patch to be significantly bigger, if the 4k update is indeed included, no?

You console guys crack me up. You’re expecting massive graphic changes for something with a garbage CPU and GPU. You guys want glorious looking games buy a PC with a GPU that’s 1000x more powerful than your consoles. On PC at low settings the game looks better than on console. You got your update so stop thinking you’re running a high end gaming machine and realize it’s crap.
