Striker & Nomad pvp players too cocky :let me explain:

Well i watched some live stream play yesterday of the OV godz clan on youtube getting wrecked on xbox. Every other day they stream of them taking over the DZ going man hunt destroying players because they're good. Now im not trash talking them at all, as i enjoy watching their streams, but yesterday they got wrecked an one individual on their team kept complaining every time he would die man hunt when he would get focus fired. His build is striker using the house & LWm4 or LVOA i cant remember. But they do trash talk alot an usually back it up. But when a predator player killed him, he started cursing calling the pred player cheese for running the annoying bleed. So that was excuse number 1, then when he died again it was to a nomad player an he complained once again" i only died" because you have like 5 lives an i was getting focus fired. Yes he was getting focus fired but he found an excuse for every time, but that was excuse number 2. He then went into skirmish with his squad and got 2 shotted by a dead eye build that was camping. He than complained "who players skirmish like that?" "Who snipes in skirmish, thats corny"...the dead eye player out played him, by not allowing him to get close to him. He then made the announcement he wont be streaming anymore until massive fixes the game an logged off.

I then typed in the stream to run EDR on your striker build to counter pred, but he didnt respond. The problem is he doesnt want to sacrifice CHC or CHD to roll on EDR. So because of that he's dieing to predator. Complaining saying if massive doesnt nerf predator mark he will no longer play in the DZ. Also he said ever since last months global event the DZ of filled with nomad/predator cheese. Which to an extent i can agree but what else is their to run which gives you fighting hope?

I tried talking to him in the live stream just giving him advice, tips, an my opinion on how i felt about the gear sets but he quickly basically told me shut up "you have no idea what youre talking about Predator is OP cheese, nomad is stupid. I told him out of the meta that predator mark is the weakest set, it stands no chance against nomad and about a 50/50 chance against striker depending on the strikers stacks & medkits.

Now im a striker player, i love it, its my favorite build but i had to learn to adapt but some players cant seem to see that. So when they die to another gear set they say its cheese or call for a nerf.

The problem with that said striker players have became so cocky, arrogant, extremely over toxic in this game. I'll admit because i was one, we have the ability to out DPS while healing at once. Face tanking everything in our path with the house, pop shotting killing players in 2 shots, or just lazer beaming with LVOA. That we forget that we can die to a better player. An when we do die we become outraged and call for nerf this nerf that. Because the nomad proc'd 4 times and out played us or because that predator mark player shot us from a distant putting us on bleed while not allowing us to close in the gap to out DPS them.

Same goes for nomad as well. Iv'e never seen so many nomad players in my life these past 2 weeks running in groups together. They have become over confident because o f their 9 cat lives, face tanking striker builds with their warlords, or completely destroying predator. They have the choice to run 8k firearms and shred while relying on multiple lives. Or crazy amounts of stamina with 4k fire arms to out sustain everyone in a battle an simple tire down their opponent. Just yesterday i decided to switch over to predator mark to give it a try, i immediately encountered a nomad player in the DZ an was downed in about 10 secs. He walks over to my body an tells me to "get my weak *** pred out of here, that bleed dont do nothing to me home boy. I just laughed though, as it didnt offend me. But he was really confident, as in so confident he allowed me to burn half the clip from my house into him before he even bothered shooting back because he knew he was going to kill me anyways.

Striker & nomad are just too confident an forget the fact that they can die. An when they do die to a weaker or not so meta build they make excuses. I see it all the time a nomad luck finally runs out after killing a handful of players. What do they do make excuses an swtich to striker because of cool down. A striker player dies, they make excuses an switch to nomad or throw on a SASG-12 and start pop shotting.

I run nomad with almost 8k FA and a little over 5k stam. I'm not a PvP player and have yet to see my nomad proc more than twice if I'm lucky. That being said, that's on Xbox. On PS4 it proc's 3 times almost every time. I have yet to really encounter a rogue with full nomad off the bat. Usually have been fighting NPC's so have already taken damage. I have not tested it either yet since I finally got the knees to make a 6 pc. I just know I can't take the damage for long without it blowing completely even with NPC's - supply drops perfect example. They blow it every time on Xbox. I need to compare my sets from each and see if I can mirror them, because something isn't right.

I also have striker, that does some damage but again I'm no PvP player. I can't manoeuvre like PvP players. I'm like a deer caught in headlights.

On a note that made me giggle about the deadeye shot. My hubby played in skirmish last night, he used his deadeye in carrier because it gives that advantage of height and distance. He took a player out and they did the same. He had been swapping and changing between his sets to suit his play style. The thing with deadeye is, yes its high in FA but if you miss that shot, you're dead. You have given away where you are. My hubby moved around he didnt stay camped. He isn't a skirmish player anyway, he just wants the commendations.

I guess its just like the RNG in this game because i can tell you that im on PS4 and ive all but given up on the set. Its only proc's 3 times for me ONCE and 90% not even twice. It just doesnt work for me at all, im tired of messing around with it trying to figure it out. The next time i do a clean out its going to my other agent so i dont even have to look at it anymore. But i do agree that everyone else that i fight is just proc after proc after proc everytime it seems.

It's a very strange set to say the least. When on with my hubby in the DZ we can do alsorts, supply drops and contamination events early. On Xbox I have to wait for the filter to lower to almost normal levels. When doing supply drops I have to take out the big guy and then proceed to capture the drop. I have seen many proc numerous times, I'm wondering though if it's a proc or if they are running a booster. Sometimes you can't tell the difference in a hectic situation. Either way, there is no way I could withstand most of that damage, I'd be down before their stacks reach 100. Might have to test it with a player and see how many times it will proc in a PvP situation.

PS4 I can get away, or hold my ground against 1 but no more than that. Found that out other week when I had a rusher knocking me to death and a player shooting at me. Dropped my turret to deal with the rusher and almost got the rogue down, until his/her friend blew my nomad completely and I died lol.

I’ve killed nomad players plenty. Is it hard? Not really, make them constantly bleed forcing it to proc, bleed them dry of med kits then their signature if running recovery. After that they either die or run away.

oh i kill them all the time, its just annoying having to do it 4 times before i can whack them. My biggest mistake is thinking they are gonna be dead and i move on to the next guy before i realize he has proc'd yet again and is now behind me while im trying to kill his buddy.

Gee, where have we heard PvPers screaming nerf something before? Oh yeah, seekers, that's where. So, I expect the people that run this game to do the same thing they did to seekers when PvPers cried about them. Nerf the frak out of Predators Mark, making it useless for PvP.
