Oh yes. Join in progress *uckery has returned. Its out of control. Usually just after operator selection so I have to wait 5-6 minutes to even be able to play. I'm quitting that BS, not sticking around thanks to crap matchmaking.

Send in a ticket to support please.Originally Posted by Raytheon... Go to original post
We might not have a solution for you there, but your ticket will contain useful information for an investigation. From there we can start to work on finding the problem and fixing it.
On a more serious note @ Noty, do you honestly want me to send countless ps4 clips of me watching a black screen with audio until whatever round ends so I can play the last round with the remaining two team mates before it's game over?
Ok, it's not 2 others all the time, sometimes its 3 or 4..but how many different verities or combos of the situation do you guys honestly need before you get started? Do you not personally ever experience this yourself? If not then I'd certainly like to know your secret, because I was about to ask Raytheon if it was ever fixed enough to consider it being broken 'again'.
It's a problem and if you need a ps4 and an everyday ordinary run of the mill psn account to experiment with I have an extra one or two to spare. Just say the word![]()
For these I would say you don't need to send in a video. And it doesn't have to be every time.Originally Posted by WBBCoop Go to original post
But say you start a session of siege and within a 3-hour window you get placed into in-progress games 80% of the time. Then it might be appropriate to send in a ticket once you've stopped for the day. It doesn't really help support either to be spammed with tickets, but we do still need to know the scope and impact of the problem. When you send in a ticket we don't just see the problem you're describing, we see: console, platform, region, datacenter, etc. And if we can aggregate that with all the other tickets reporting the same problem it gives us a better picture of what we're dealing with.
Ok, I catch your drift, at least I think so. If I my gaming sessions are consistent then one ticket for the same thing should be enough. But if I play erratically though the day/night/morning then I should send one in for each period..and I also would do it for both EUS and CUS respectively (it's basically a tossup).Originally Posted by UbiNoty Go to original post
And not to be a pain or a wise crack, but would these indicators need to be associated with each machine or just platform? Or could it be bound to a single ip, and only one ticket from a single ip is needed? Meaning, would my kids need to send in a ticket or was mine good enough? OR, and lastly, would a single platform from each region and data center be sufficient enough and no other tickets would be required?
I know I've been a handful lately and I certainly appreciate your boundaries and breadth, but trust I am in no way pulling your chain or trying to banter with you. I am sincere and I will have my kids hook up the xbone and get the game on steam and play on my pc just to get some figures for you guys. Anything I can do that would help this situation I will happily commit to. Please accept that I am totally capable and more than willing if it would help even marginally. Again, just say the word Noty and it's a done deal.
