There is a really bad game breaking bug in coop (anyone still play that? - I do), since the update that happens after exiting from a vehicle.
One person will see their friend(s) stuck in the vehicle and not where they really are. The other may or may not see the same - quite often they will.
Many other strange things happen when this occurs.
I searched for others having the problem so you can look here as I've replied to the two threads that appeared in the PS4 and Xbox area. I'm on PC so this is not a platform problem.

Perhaps a mod can merge these in a common place and leave a link to them in the 3 areas so this can be explored.
IMO this is a consistent bug that occurs too frequently to make coop play any real use anymore so the sooner we get it fixed the better.
