My character loads into a game and I can't do anything, I just stand there. I press forward nothing, I hit every button nothing, I am loaded in, but have no control. After 6 minutes of staring at my character's backside the game finally boots me. End up with the 10 minute penalty. So the game throws me into a match and doesn't let me play and than penalizes me for not playing? Great mechanics.

It happens on rare occasions, I've seen it happen once or twice to me and a friend, if you notice it, just hard reset your console and you should be fine without the penalty. Just make sure you get it off soon
