Yeah that would be annoying. I don’t see how making it OPTIONABLE to have one or more weapon slots empty as well as being able to disable auto ammo pickup, would take an effort to implement. Seeing as A LOT of players would like to see these features in the game.Originally Posted by igrvks Go to original post
I agree with that opinion.
The character customization feature of this game is great. It would be more perfect if there was an option to remove the second primary weapon if you like.
I'd like to see a similar option in campaign mode, since in Ghostmode you can play with a single primary weapon.
I recently bought the game, but apparently a lot of fans have moved on to BreakePoint.
I don't have BreakePoint, but apparently it allows for more customization and fulfills the desire to have only one primary weapon. Perhaps that's why this discussion feels like it's over now.
But I continue to hope that Wildlands will have the option to remove a second primary weapon as well.
Breakepoint is great, but I love Wildlands!![]()

The game is no longer getting any updates, no more changes ! IT IS FINISHED !!
Play as it is, or move along.

I also agree. Id love to be able to carry just one primary and the sidearm. I know this game is not Arma but any option that lets us move even a little more towards realism will be awesome. As always I stress the word "option" , just make it a menu item, that way both kinds of gamer will be happy. Those who want to explore Bolivia as a one-man Rambo all tooled up and those that want a little bit more realism and constrain themselves to one weapon. Also would be nice to have a game option where once you accept a mission you cannot swap weapons.
So, two new menu items like the following:
Primary weapons: 1 [ x ]............. 2 [ ]
Locked loadout during missions: Yes [ x ]............. No [ ]
Don't see it happening. So the workaround:Originally Posted by DV20Katana Go to original post
Place the shorty as secondary weapon;
Don't change your loadout once you accept a mission - it's totally in your control.
A nice simple idea, will do this thank youOriginally Posted by MikeWeeks Go to original post![]()
In addition, consider using one of the larger backpacks if it fits how you want to run your character model - that hides the shorty even more.Originally Posted by DV20Katana Go to original post
