    Unable to Play Multlplayer Arcade Since Launch

    I have been unable to play multiplayer Arcade since launch. I can play single player arcade just fine. But when i try and play multiplayer arcade (either option) it sits in the screen looking for a match and says "6 players needed for a match". And it sits and it sits indefinitely, nothing ever happens. I have let it sit for over a half hour on one occasion.
    I have tried every day since launch with no luck. Today for the first time I got it to do something besides sit in that screen. An error occurred, Snowshoe-88DBEAB2.. Searching online led me to a thread in this forum where a player listed it as one of a few errors he gets while trying to connect or being disconnected. I do not see an option to attach pictures, but I have a photo of the error and of the view I see while it tries to find a match and the error message.

    I have 200 Mbps internet, and I am directly connected with ethernet cable from my modem to my PS4. Connection test on PS4 typically reads around 80 Mbps. My PS4 is setup as DMZ host in my router so my NAT type is 1. I have no issues playing any other game online with my PS4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, or PC. I have tried resetting my modem and router multiple times. If you have any advice for what I can do to get this game to work online, I would really appreciate it. Especially with the challenge this week being for playing a certain amount of time online. Also a big reason i bought this game was to create maps with to play with friends and others. Plus the online in general.

    I have a physical disc and had this issue since I got the game day after launch. My PSN tag is SHRUB_NASTY. Anything else that would help to know just ask. And if there is anything I could try to fix my issue i would be happy to give it a shot. Thank you in advance!

    Hey shrub_nasty! Please try these steps and see if they help with this issue. If they do not, please create a ticket with a screenshot of your forwarded ports.
