It has to be at night. Then he will contact you. Then U look for three yellow circles on your map in the shape of a triangle.
The mission starts in La Cruz!
Yeah, but whenever I hear Sam Fisher says, "Here are my coordinates", those yellow mission markers are not showing up on my map.
