I have the year two pass, I also got the call from Sam Fisher, but I cannnot see the story objective on the map. This is on SOLO, am I missing something?

The mission can't be played until 2100 in-game time. At that point, he can be found at the Unidad base south of ... uh, crap, what's that town in south eastern-most Itacua. He'll be at that base.

The mission is in La Cruz province. Use the missions button to activate it, and it will tell you what you need to know, like it starts at 21:00 game time. Try to fast travel moments before that time to La Cruz or just after. You might need a few hours game time to complete solo challenge 1.

Mission is at FOB Vibora in La Cruz, where you have to meet Sam Fisher.
