In the year two trailer it shows our squad flipping thier NVG's down like us, how do i make them do it?

Just wear the Advanced Ballistic Helmet (or the new helmets with NVG's) and then activate night vision, that's it

I'm found out that they dont put their NVG'S down, theirs always remain up unless you do the Echelon goggles+full crye then the goggles are already down.

Yeah, you're right... I equipped one of my AI teammates with the Advanced Ballistic Helmet and when I activate the night vision my NVG flip down but not the one of my teammate... sad
