This entire season I have tried many times to get a ranked duel match to start. I realize that very few people are playing this mode, so wait times may be long, but I have tried hours and hours at a variety of different times/days and I have never got a match to start. I think part of the issue is that the filters never seem to relax, it's stuck on 8pools, strict, and your region.
What's worse is that every ticket that I open about this issue just gets deleted, not closed (it's not in my history), just deleted.

05683285- A minimum (maximum is unchanged) FPS degradation issue where the old "workaround" was to lower the process's priority, something no longer possible because process priority "access is denied".
This issue (Ranked Duel Tournament) keeps being deleted from my cases. Here is a list of all the deleted tickets I have opened on this issue (again, not closed but deleted):

If this post does not get deleted, I would certainly like to know why my ranked duel tourny filters never relax and how I am suppose to get a match to start so I can at least try to get an ornament I want.

Why are they just deleting this ticket instead of actually telling me why I can't get a duel tournament match to start or to even relax its filters? Surely this problem cannot be on my end...maybe that's why they keep deleting tickets - if the issue is a problem with the game and not the user, just delete.
I would understand deleting duplicate tickets, however, as mentioned in the ticket itself and in the OP this isn't a duplicate ticket. I had 3 tickets open, all about different issues, including this one about ranked, one about a memory leak/error, and one about an FPS degradation. Now, I have closed the memory leak one, because that issue seems to be solved with the latest patch (nothing to do with my end). So, that leaves me with one ticket about FPS degradation, which customer support is simply unable to help me with and one about ranked matches not starting and the filters never relaxing. Adding two youtube videos that show me joining the queue now and several months ago when I could still get a match to start when there were enough people playing. Around five minutes into the old video you can see the filters relax, something that no longer seems to happen. However, at least Ubi support finally stopped deleting this ticket, but they are stuck on it being a connection issue, when it's likely not.

Nevermind, they deleted the last ticket I had open about this topic when they kept saying there is no way to manually change the filters and I told them they automatically adjust after a certain duration (as you can see around 5 minutes or so in the "old" video posted above), or at least they use to. Now they no longer do and I think that's the problem. They also kept insisting there was a connection problem, which there wasn't and I didn't open the ticket as a connection issue, as it's a gameplay issue, the mode doesn't function as it should for me.
