Hello Ghosts

I am having a bit of a minor problem have, I've purchased Ghost Recon Future Soldier,
on 04.03.2018, and played half the campaign and still shows up as "You have to own Ghost Recon Future Soldier to
get this reward." I'm also using the UPlay app for all my Ubisoft games. Thanks in advance, anyone else suffering
throughout finding ways around for correction?

I am having the same issue, in that i am not receiving the ghost recon future soldier outfit. i have already submitted a ticket 3 days ago with no reply regardless of the prompt that stated it would be replied to within 42 hours but it hasnt been replied to. If you can assist me, below i have my Ubisoft Support Ticket. if you can help id greatly appreciate it.
