I'm playing chapter 3 mission 4 unity at Realistic and i don't get any respawn its too hard for me to kill seijuro i've been trying like 7 times and i always die but the hard thing is i don't get any chekpoint and i can't block his light attacks because for me he is swinging too fast i can block 1-4 hits then i'm dead, so i suggest you either makes 1 chekpoint before or after the elepthant and either makes his swing go slower or make my healing generate faster because its too hard for me to complete this mission.

The story mode in realistic is pretty easy even if you don't have the skill necessary. You just have to take the passive health bonus and the active healt bonus. When he star to kick your *** too much, retreat and use the active bonus, wait for the cool down and go back to fight.. Not an honorable way to do it but it will work..
