Phone Destroyer...paid for a pack but never got it!
I just paid £9.99 for a special offer pack. It said there was an error and I would receive my pack soon. I have been charged and got the Google play receipt but I have not yet received my pack.

Generally what happens, if you get an error, game crash or server disconnect, during a pack opening, the contents of the pack are automatically added into your account. However, if you feel that you did not receive the contents of the pack, please contact Ubisoft Support and open a ticket with them and they will be able to look into this issue further.

Same here
I'm going through the same issue now. I've waited the 24hr period & still have not gotten the pack. As well none of the 70 promised cards have been added to my deck. I have submitted a follow up report with Ubisoft & hopefully they will settle this soon.

I purchased the largest pack today, got the "connecting" message and then nothing. Despite me telling them that no, I have not had any cards automatically applied to my game, I still received this;
"The team has double-checked your account and confirmed that the card pack was successfully applied to your game.
I sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused."
I'm pretty sure that I would notice if my 2500 cash pack showed up. I have no extra cards and no extra upgrade items. I'm not just "confused."
