Game stuck on booting up splash screen, never starts | Forums

Hi there, I need some help since this has been a constant problem for me for more than a week now.

When I start R6 Siege it starts booting up normally, but when it reaches the little splash screen logo that pops up it just gets stuck, using 0% CPU, GPU and hard drive, and gets stuck always between 353 MB and 354 MB of RAM usage, it will never move from this state, and sometimes I need to forcibly shut it down and restart it up to 10 times just to get the game to start.

Otherwise, it works fine.

Hey Ivantegleda! Please try deleting the folder located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache . If that doesn't help, please try these steps. If none of that helps, please create a ticket with your MSINFO and DXDIAG files so we can look into this with you. Thanks!

Hey d5356888, if the troubleshooting I provided doesn't help, make sure to create a ticket with your MSINFO and DXDIAG files!
