    Glitch falling through map

    Hi I've got a big Problem with the game, which Forces me to stop playing.
    Last thing I achieved was cleaning the outpost at the apple farm or whatever it is called.
    But when I want to leave, at some point I just fall "through" the map until I hit the ground and I'm dead.
    The "border" seems to be, what would be the border between known map and the area covered by "fog of war".

    Is there anything, I can do about it?

    Hey deepblack111, have you tried verifying files (Uplay, Steam). If that doesn't help, can you provide me with video or screenshots?

    Bug fix (PS4)

    I was dealing with this similar issue where I was forced into a loop where I constantly fell through the ground and it would reload and do the same thing. So I powered my PlayStation off and then I restarted it and as the game was loading in I continuously tapped the touch pad along with the options button and that allowed me to open up the map and fast travel to anywhere I wanted and that took me out of the loop. Hope that works for all of you too!

    Same Problem - many parts of the map

    I've got the same problem - very persistent at this point. Happens at multiple locations and the glitch survives a restart of the game, restart of the computer and an update to the Nvidia drivers. See video link below:

    Don't really know what to do here. Ubisoft - thoughts? Game is unplayable at the moment because of this (have a mission waypoint beyond the 'void').

    So I solved the problem - I did a verification of files from UBI connect and voila! It was my high-res textures I think. I don't believe they fully installed. 27 GB later, I'm back!

    It's created a new problem though - now there is no voice acting at all. When I talk to someone ... just nothing. Oh well - another verification coming up ...

    Thanks for the update. I'm glad to hear you were able to resolve the issue in regards to falling through the map. I'm sorry to hear that you're missing the voice acting now, though.

    Did another verification help resolve the issue? I did some investigation, and I found that players who encountered this issue were able to resolve it by doing the following steps:
    Going to settings > Select language > Select English

    If you play the game on Steam, instead try the following:
    Go to your steam library > Right click on FC5 > Select properties > Go to language tab > Select English

    Could you let me know if this helps you to resolve the issue?
