    I bought the game but it does not show up in my library

    I got the trial version of Ghost Recon wildands and then purchased the Gold Edition in the sale the cost of the game 33 euro has been taken from my bank account but the game still shows as the trial version and says "Get the full game" Any help is appreciated I messaged Ubisoft Support on this issue but it has been a week and I havent gotten a reply.
