Can anyone explain me how can I get these rewards? I mean Cap, Headset, Backpack, AK12.

Like for the backpack, it is: TUNNEL RAT
You've visited all sections of the website

In lame terms, visit EVERY part of the GRN, profile editing and all.

For the cap: JOINED THE RANKS
You've created or joined a Task Force

many of them aren't working from day one, some others where working fine until they add the new section of crates to the website and now aren't working, some others where rolled back ex: you have created 50 events and next day magically you have 25 , so don't feel bad if you do what you supposed to do and don't get rewarded, if you fill a claim will be wasting you time, i fill many claims since the beginning and none where fixed, good luck.
