Forced Boss encounters need to be changed

Ok, been reading up and can see a lot of people hate it when you suddenly get snatched up by the region bosses after gaining 1 or 2 bars of resistance in an area, TBH im totaly fine with this.

The thing is though i really dislike the last one which basicaly forces you to encounter the regions boss which once completed liberates the region. The game is fun and has an awesome map but once the region is liberated its kind of dull to keep exploring. IMO i think once the resistance meter is completely full in a region a marker should appear to start the boss encounter so we can leave it on standby and just progress with it when we want.

Does not require alot of effort to add and only improves the game without ANY drawbacks.

Also new game plus so we cna start again with all our perks+weps ect

I get what your saying, but they blend it in nicely with the type of (story) job you have. You never know as a cop chasing a large criminal boss when your opportunity to capture them will rise or be forced to encounter them. It not like hey I'm going to arrest you please comply quietly.

I'd be happy if they let us bust through the main game and apon competition when they allow us to reset Outposts we can reset all quests BUT the bosses. But I will take what I can get but seriously the reset posts need to have the roaming enemies again. But I do agree with the original poster also. I would like a waypoint to do those forced encounters instead.

I understand your point bu being kidnapped when I’m in a helicopter 200ft in the air is really, really annoying. How can that happen? Still I get to make a lot of tea through all those long winded unskippable cut scenes as it’s just someone ranting at me and you know at then end you either wake up from a dream, or have to fight your way out of somewhere.

I can see why they have done it this way but imo it's not making any sense how it's presented or applied in the game right now... this part just feels... rushed..in a lack of a better word. I mean, the concept has been approached by other games before " You do bad stuff the boss of the region doesn't like - the game either get's harder or there's some sort of retaliation because of your actions"... so as i see it, it could have been made differently without having to re-work the whole concept.. it seems the enemy AI in this last installement of the game already have been bolstered and polished to a new level.. i find it even more intelligent than in FC4 which adds to the challenge..

I imagine If the game only would have given me at least a chance to get away from the hunters which in my p.o.v, and in terms of gameplay, would not only had prolonged the total length of the game but also put in another gear into the total challenge.. to keep a Hunterparty coming more frequently, as retaliation when you as player gain more of the regions and more of the resistance trust, and like random-ish - but intelligent - unitl i ( the player) eventually got too tangled up in their web and got caught could have given a more believable and meaningful twist ..

Anyhow.. so far it's only Jacob's Timetrial i truly and utterly hate as it forced me to rush through the maze without any kind of logic, just point and shot and hope to hit.. People that have these fine motoric skills might not have any problems with it but i almost ended up throwing the controller in the wall after the 50+ re-try.. on hard mode . but i just lowered the difficulty to "easy" just to end the f*cking thing.. ...."Not good enough.. AGAIN!!!!.. Jacob you SOB... I will have a hot, spicy and readily baked potato for you when we finally meet, rest assured.

    (:

After finishing the game, I can say that Jacob had the best missions out of the 3 lieutenants (IMO). Just keep playing and you'll see

Once you figure out the progress relationship to the "snatch and grabs", it's not so bad. Early on, though, they cause significant (WTF!) disorientation.

Note: The in-game "advice" seems to insinuate you should complete the regions in sequence. But, (IMO) you're better off working each region in parallel. That way, you can max out your perks and equipment prior to the lieutenant showdowns. Just a thought...
