So basically support said "the store isn't available, tough luck". They didn't provide any info as to why this happened, they simply stated the fact that we already knew. However they did point out that games should activate fine.

Same error here, Venezuela region, South America. had to buy 2 games from 3rd party stores.

Hi Ubi-Kay,
we did, but there's no response yet (from Thursday).
I've asked my friends to check Ubisof Store and it looks like whole Belarus doesn't have an access to it.
