I think GRW could use a fine tuned Enemy AI. I've loved Ubi AI in most games from the last small open world Splinter Cell to FC5 with the exception of GRW and The Division which is a separate case due to the different gameplay.

in GRW it's been a weak point from the start possibly the biggest flaw imo... it's closer to what you can find in GTA. The enemy has a tendency to rush you , they are also too accurate shots... there is really no sense of being a ghost and being able to cut the line of sight. Pretty much no point in being "tactical"... its all on or off.

A couple of examples...

- leave a corpse spotted the the whole camp is after you and knows exactly where you are.
- inflitrate a camp undetected .. climb to the last floor of a building and hide. Blow up a tank at the other side of the camp to create a distraction and bring the AI out... they will magically climb up to where you are and kill you.... terrible for immersion.

And also they take forever to reset back to a stand down mode. Just lowering that time would make the game more fun.
