I will say though... that for some reason I’m hit all the time by Kensei attack’s that I KNOW I block, that are not unblockables of course.

Does he have a feat that does this? And why do not show up as unblockables?

To answer your question Tirik22x, no, it is not a feat (well there is the tier 4 in 4v4, but they appear UB), most likely there the current lack of lag compensation and the speed of his attacks has lead to the game simply giving him the hits. It should smooth out when lag comp rolls about

I just don’t understand why it’s happening with just him mostly. And with his slow heavies, not lights. I’m blocking wayyyy before impact and it just hits me like I’ve got no guard at all.

Going to go ahead and close this for trolling. Kensei certainly needed the attention, but we are aware that some players are having difficulties dealing with him. We'll certainly note the feedback and look at the corresponding data to determine any possible changes we might look to make in future balance patches.
