I'm new, short bio : 22 y/o developer, worked 6 months for ubisoft bucharest as well, etc.
But, guys, seriously now, I only play this Wildlands cuz I'm sick of Rainbow Six ( as I was on that project ) . So I don't know what's happening there,
But god your matchmaking is ****ing terrible. Who the **** have you put into copy-pasting the code for the mm system ? The Testers ?
Like, I enjoyed Wildlands and it's massive campaign, graphics, etc. Yeah, 10+ on that ****.
Multiplayer would also be so FUN if I wasn't being matched ALL ( not exagerating ) , but ALL the matches with the lowest players like level 6-10 ( which is fine cause I'm level 22 too) but it's NOT FINE when all the enemy team is PRESTIGE 10 . That means 500 Levels, AHEAD OF ME .
10 Placement games yes ? ( And I played around 30-40 before on Quick play ) .
1. Lost 9, Won 1 ( because of matchmaking )
2. Played after got the rank again ( garbage bronze 2 ) to see if I get matched with similar players. NOPE. Still full prestige 10, GOLD **** , whatever. Lost again.
Even if I get 2-3 kills, because I have a good aim from CS:Go as I was going almost semi-pro there, It's not CARRY-able.
3. Like seriously ? Are all my matches gonna be garbage until I farm prestige 10 so I can get with another Prestige players ? maybe then I'll stand a chance.
How the **** did you tought that's a good idea to place Prestige 10 full x4 vs under level 22 ( me being 22 ) team ?
I tought it's a bug or something, But NOPE. It's not. It happens EVERY SINGLE ****ING TIME. no matter what I play. Ranked or Quick Play. Wtf is this **** ?
P.S : I don't give a **** on ubisoft staff or "warnings on forums " or whatever, as you are just some money-desperate nerds. I worked for you, your corporation treated me like ****. You ain't seeing good reviews on that side for me, and obviously not on this one too .

It released 3/7/17, so yeah, just a bit over a year ago.
Sorry to divert the topic a bit from your comments on mp, but since you raved about the sp, I'm curious to know what you thought of the squad AI built-in programming and simplified command system?
Many have commented they prefer Ubi go back to a system of individual commands like past GR's had, even if having to carefully plot a path for them on the map. Many feel the new squad AI has to be ordered too much, but to me the old system was worse baby sitting than the simplified Go To command.
I understand why many feel the close proximity dance the squad does with the enemy, being seen yet not detected seems unrealistic, but in my experience that is much less likely to happen if you position your squad well and clear perimeter enemies from a distance first, which is standard infil procedure anyway.
As for mp, at 60 I don't play it anymore, but in trailers of the PVP, it seems to look like too much run n gun, and not enough stealth. I know how a lot of mp matches can get silly with players goofing off too much, not knowing what they're doing, or only caring about their own stats. If they're not balancing matches with like skill on top of that, it would be really bad.

It looks like you're trying to become a community moderator or something, or maybe you are god knows. Usually I wouldn't reply to offtopic, that was as a HINT to ubisof tthat the matchmaking is terrible.
And about the Bots in campaign, Pierre Faltchiscka ( or something like that ), which is the AI Team Lead in france, and this is a Ubisoft-Paris production from what I know, he did a great job as he did on Rainbow Six Siege too .
And the ping system is good and simple.
But that's not the issue here, I make the campaign, 100% done. Ain't playing that thing twice, it's aids.
Matchmaking, PLS . Ubi , Cmon dudes. That's embarassing.

Matchmaking seems to be a common complaint in Ghost War. To be honest, you will have a better chance in the Ghost War subforum located here:

There are several threads on the topic and I think you'll find some commonality in your experience there. GRW General Discussion has become more about the main campaign and co-op. Hope this helps.

I'd not even asked you about how you felt about the squad AI had you not raved about the campaign and put the thread in Gen Discussion vs Ghost War. You made zero complaints about the campaign, which is very unusual here. That said, I knew I was tempting fate to even respond in any way to a post that was chock full of caps and censoring. Maybe cool off a bit if you want to have a civil discussion, regardless of what's discussed. I'm beginning to get an idea why you don't work at Ubi anymore, disgruntled a bit too much maybe?
At any rate, usually when you do nothing but throw stones at Ubi, it ends in a ban. I have two infractions btw still showing in my inbox, and I can't even respond to PMs for some reason, so It's not like I'm a mod, or even that Ubi treats me as a pet member. So if you want to keep discussing this, maybe do it via PM with those whom have played mp, unless you can manage to cool off a bit.
