I've managed to get out of the death loop.

While loading the game I pressed the Xbox-button on the controller so I've got the sidemenu/bar on the left side.

When the controller vibrated and the game was ready loaded, I've pressed the small button which opens up the game-map and from there I could fast travel,

When I had fast travelled to another destination I've manually saved in the game-menu.

Hope this tips could help anyone stuck in the loop.
