A bug I have been experiencing for while
When I try to claim my free gifts (golden tickets and gems) I can only claim one gift and then the option to select it again is gone. Sometimes every gift vanishes and I"m left with just the "reward offers" with that squirrel or whatever and then I have to navigate to a different area where the gifts are also found....the shop. The gifts are there but then the same thing happens when after watching the ad I get the gift and then everything but the reward offers vanishes. This has been happening for months and it deters me from even claiming these gifts but sometimes I just want to waste 3 or 4 minutes and claim my gems and tickets. Does this happen to anyone else? Pretty annoying

I've seen the same here (Android), for months. I just don't even try anymore. It requires getting an award, force-closing the game, and reopening it to get another award. I have to do that anyhow due to the network bug, but it's a PITA to do it when you just want to watch ads for rewards.

That's interesting. I force close the game, reopen and then i get the "Out of rewards come back tomorrow' message. I don't know when the rewards come back since I usually forget to go back and check until days later.

I've had that experience as well, it varies. There are times where I can get just one reward a day and be done.
I compare to the bug when you hit the 'ad' button to reduce bike upgrade times. Sometimes it only works once and any repeated ads require you to force-close the game and reopen. Or when the ads open Google Play automatically, triggered the network bug, often robbing your reward and making you force-close.

Wheels was in the forum an hour ago and she seemed to skip over this thread. That's very nice of her. I don't think I have an option to hide a thread....I'm sure she saw it.
I have not experienced that bike upgrade ad bug before. I bought the instant bike upgrade offer years back. So glad I did. I have however tried the ad for a free spin off the loot wheel and that one doesn't work for me..or didn't. I don't even try anymore.
I'd think the ad issue would be something of importance to fix. It generates money, no? Maybe they secretly have an ad running in the background all the time! Yes, that's it! Bastards! I'm on to you!

Hi Rocknrolll21, sorry for missing out on this. Could you please share a screenshot of the screen where the other buttons disappear? I can confirm there is no ad running in the background though.
Giving the rewards for what you’ve done does not have an additional cost factor. We definitely do not want to be cheating players, and I’ll see to it that this is fixed. Thank you for your understanding!

It happens in the Saloon. It also happens in the Shop and it also happens when you tap each individual one at the top of the screen for coins tickets gems. I just got my free stuff the other day and I saw an ad then all options vanished. I closed the window and reopened (not the game) and they all came back. I had to do that 6 times after the ads finished to see my second and third free gift. This happened in the Saloon...the first place I always go to to get my gifts.

Yeah I've had that issue for years now, another thing they don't seem to care about fixing.
